FREE STANDARD SHIPPING offer is valid on orders over $69 CAD and is a 3-6 business day delivery service. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is also available at additional cost. 

Woolino.ca orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in Canada for delivery in Canada only. International customers please visit Woolino.com

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders placed before 9:00am EST (Monday through Friday) will be processed same-day. All orders placed after 9:00am EST will be processed on the next business day.

**COVID19 UPDATE Our operations team is closely monitoring how this health crisis is impacting our shipping couriers. As this situation is constantly evolving, please keep in mind that shipping timeframes may be altered or delayed due to situations outside of our control.

Please review your order carefully and check (and double check!) for spellings in all shipping fields prior to selecting and confirming your order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and shopping cart information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds, exchanges and/or replacement shipments will not be issued on the basis of an inaccurate address or incorrectly ordered item. Woolino is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

 

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Returns:

We feel confident that we offer products that are of the highest quality and that you will love them. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products purchased directly from Woolino for a low flat fee*  within 30 days from the date of the purchase.

To qualify for a full refund, items should be in NEW condition, not washed and with all original packaging. Partial returns from BOGO (buy one, get one) promotions will be refunded so that the retained item is charged at full price. The amount refunded will be the difference between the invoice amount and the full price of the retained item, since the BOGO promotion is no longer applicable.

Returns on comforters and pillows:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Due to our company standards, any comforter or pillow that has been opened and used may not be resold and is not returnable. 

*Return handling fees per order:
$7 CAD – Sleep bags, blankets, clothing, pillows, lambskins, crib comforters.
$25 CAD – Twin, queen and king comforters
The return handling fee will be subtracted from your refund. 
Exchanges:

We are unable to provide exchanges at this time. Please fill out the return request form to initiate a return.

Warranty:

Woolino products are protected by an industry-leading warranty against manufacturer's defects. 

Woolino and Ecolino sleep bags come with a one year warranty on zippers and snaps, and a 6-month warranty on the rest of the product, from the date of purchase.

Woolino merino wool clothing, blankets, pillows, lambskins, and sleepwear come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Woolino wool comforters come with a two year warranty from the date of purchase.

Damage that occurs outside of the warranty period is usually caused by general wear and tear.  Products found to be defective will be replaced at our discretion and Woolino reserves the right to make the determinations as to the use of this policy.


Shrinkage and pilling are not covered by the warranty, please follow Care Instructions carefully to ensure you get the best possible wear from your garment. If you find your product to be defective, please fill out this warranty request form and our customer care team will be glad to help.
